The most obvious place that you could play is at your own home with your friends coming over to play with you. However, if this isnt an option and you want more space and a great atmosphere, here are some other options. As Doktor James's homebase is in Brighton they are mostly centered there but if you google "board game shops" in your local area then they will be able to direct you to others.
Dice Saloon is an awesome warehouse full of tables to play
games, as well as a great shop for buying board games and
even better, a kitchen for ordering delicious pizza to eat
whilst playing. Make sure you email them to book a table
before showing up!

Loading Bar in Brighton is a great place to play all manner
of boardgames. Its right on the beach and you can order all
types of food. To make it even more enticing, if you get
board of playing Kastle of Katastrophe (why would you?!?)
there are loads of other board games and games consoles to
play with!

Ransacked is relatively new to Worthing and its already
getting great reviews. They do vegan snacks, have loads of
other board games to play and to make it EVEN MORE EXCITING,
they even have some Escape Rooms to play whilst you are
there!

Whilst not technically a board game cafe, it is absolutely
perfect as a location for playing. Its absolutely massive
and has huge tables, perfect for spreading out and playing
games. As well as that it has a fully stocked kitchen and
they do truly delicious food too!
